GIN

Gin Basil Smash

• 2.5 oz Shape Gin
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup
• 6–8 fresh basil leaves

1. Shake with ice.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Peach Tom Collins

• 2.5 oz Shape Non-Alcoholic Gin
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz peach syrup (or 2 oz peach juice)
• Sparkling water
• Ice

1. Pour Shape Gin, lemon juice, and peach syrup into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake briefly and strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. Top with sparkling water.
4. Garnish with a thin peach slice.

RUM

Pineapple Mojito

• 2 oz Shape Rum
• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• Sparkling water
• Ice
1. Gently muddle the mint with lime juice and simple syrup in a glass.
2. Add Shape Rum and pineapple juice.
3. Fill with ice and stir gently.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint

Piña Colada

• 2 oz Shape Rum
• 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 1 oz coconut milk
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• Ice cubes or crushed ice

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a tiki glass or balloon glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cocktail cherry, or tiki umbrella.

AMARETTO

Iced Black Tea & Almond Lemonade

• 2 oz Shape Amaretto
• 2 oz brewed and cooled black tea
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup or simple syrup
• Ice + lemon slice

1. Brew black tea and let it cool.
2. In a shaker, combine Shape Amaretto, tea, lemon juice, and syrup.
3. Shake with ice, serve in a tall glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh herb.

Amaretto Sour with Raspberries

• 2 oz Shape Amaretto
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 5 muddled raspberries
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• (Optional: egg white for extra texture)
• Ice

1. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice (and egg white if using).
2. Strain into a glass.
3. Garnish with 2 raspberries and a lemon zest.
